Information to include

  1. Company or organization, and contact name
  2. Your role in the project
    Developer, owner/operator, financial institution, consultant, civil/design team, turbine or equipment manufacturer, or another relevant role.
  3. Project location and current stage
    Site screening, measurement planning, ongoing/completed measurements, turbine/layout selection, construction or operation.
  4. Work under consideration and the current technical question
    Describe the tasks and the decision or problem that the results should support.
  5. Requested timing and key project deadlines
  6. Available information
    Location plans, layouts, measurements or existing reports. A description of the available material is sufficient for the initial inquiry.
  7. Current commissioning or budgeting status
    For example, supplier selection, scope definition for internal approval or budgeting, or additional work on an existing project.

We review the proposed scope and project conditions, coordinating responsibilities with NERI where applicable. Project-specific data review and technical assessments proceed once the scope and commercial terms are agreed.
